Dwarf planets
A dwarf planet is a spherical
celestial body that orbits the sun. It is much smaller than a planet. Unlike a planet, a dwarf planet has other sun-orbiting bodies (other than
moons) near it. For example, these bodies could be very large rocks. This is how dwarf planets differ from planets. Pluto, which was considered a planet from 1930 to 2006, it is now considered a dwarf planet. Ceres and Eros are two other dwarf planets.
